  • Serves the entire school, preschool to high school. In conjunction with designated school administrators, plans for and creates the Master (class) Schedule or Master Enrollment for the upcoming academic year. Plans for and generates course catalog. 
  • Coordinates the timely administration of the student registration process and conducts mini-registration as needed. Serves as the master custodian of student records and acts as the point of contact for preparing and disseminating student enrollment/re-enrollment, and dis-enrollment records. 
  • Manages the student academic record and reporting process to include but not limited to communication of procedures and deadlines, generating reports both recurring and on-demand reports and participates in support roles for accumulating, processing and provisioning of various data for review, analysis and decision making. 
  • Maintains close contact with the Admissions Office to monitor student enrollment information and status of newly invited students. 
  • Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; 3 years of experience in a directly related area

Administrative Application

  • Provide compassionate care for sick or injured students (ages preschool to high school) and staff 
  • Maintain student medical records and ensure compliance with state health requirements 
  • Manage medical supplies and assist with staff health trainings 
  • Minimum requirements:  
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, AED (training can be provided by the school) 
  • Experience working with children 
  • Medical experience preferred

Administrative Application

  • Serve as front desk receptionist and phone liaison 
  • Track student attendance and staff absences 
  • Manage payments, communication, and office supplies 
  • Coordinate lunch orders, staff birthdays, timesheets, and more 
  • Assist with school events, student registration, and classroom needs 
  • Minimum requirements: 
  • High school diploma (minimum) 
  • 1+ year of experience in office administration (preferred) 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Minimum requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or 
  • CDA certificate or Early Childhood Education certificate (preferred) 
  • High school diploma (minimum) 
  • 1+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (preferred)

Teaching Application

  •  The Resource Teacher supports elementary students with diverse learning needs by employing targeted achievement interventions & research-based teaching strategies. 
  • The Resource Teacher also provides support to teachers, parents and school administrators when addressing student learning challenges. The Resource Teacher is a critical member of school student case conferences. The Resource Teacher provides insights and recommendations to guide school personnel in helping students to succeed. 
  • This role ensures that academic support services are coordinated, mission-aligned, and responsive to student achievement data. The Resource Teacher works directly with students while partnering with classroom teachers to implement effective differentiation strategies. Must have working knowledge of data to guide practice. 
  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 
  • Experience working with children is also required.

Teaching Application

  •  The Elementary Computer Teacher is responsible for providing engaging, age-appropriate technology instruction to students in grades 2–5 while integrating biblical principles and worldview throughout the curriculum. The teacher will foster digital literacy, creativity, problem-solving, and responsible technology use in a nurturing Christian learning environment. 
  • Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Educational Technology or related. 
  • Experience working with children is also required.

  •  The After School Group Leader supervises students Kindergarten to 8th grade, assists with homework, and plans and executes program activities. 
  • Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience working with children is also required.

Teaching Application

  •  The Middle School English Teacher is responsible for instructing students grade 6-8 in the following courses while integrating biblical principles and worldview: Literature, English/Writing, and a potential SAT Prep Class. 
  • Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education with a focus in Secondary Education and/or English is required.  
  • Experience teaching middle school students is also required.

Teaching Application

  •  The High School Spanish teacher is responsible for instructing students grade 9-10 in the following courses while integrating biblical principles and worldview: Spanish 1 and Spanish 2. 
  • Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 12 credit hours of Spanish. 
  • Preferred education requirement: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, or 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Spanish, or 
  • Bachelor’s degree with 24 credit hours of Spanish and at least 6 credit hours of teacher education coursework 
  • Experience working with High School students is also required 
  • **This position has the potential of being a full-time position if additional courses are taught

  • The Middle and High School PE teacher is responsible for designing and delivering an engaging, developmentally appropriate physical education curriculum for students in grades 6-12 while integrating biblical principles and worldview.  
  • Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Physical Education, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related 
  • Experience working with Middle and High School students is also required 
  • **This position has the potential of being a full-time position if additional courses are taught

  • The High School Science Teacher is responsible for instructing students grade 9-12 in Chemistry and Physics while integrating biblical principles and worldview. 
  • Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science or related
