Christian Academy Athletics’ mission is to teach students positive values, build confidence and promote respect for the athletes themselves as well as towards others. We encourage the value of effort and teamwork and recognize good sportsmanship is to be respected over winning. We believe our abilities are a gift from God and we are indebted to use those gifts to their fullest.
Since June 2002, Christian Academy (CA) has been a member of the Interscholastic League of Honolulu (ILH) and the Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA).
CA offers team sports for grades 7th to 12th; Boys and Girls Varsity and Intermediate basketball, volleyball, cross country, and track and field. Athletes have the opportunity to play with PAC 5 and compete in team sports not available at CA. PAC 5 offers the following sports; football, soccer, sporter air riflery, kayaking, cheerleading, swimming, precision riflery, wrestling, canoeing, baseball, softball, and judo. PAC 5 is combined of students from Division 1, 2, and 3 private schools.
Christian Academy has been a long-standing representative of the Christian School Athletics League (CSAL), which offers Boys and Girls basketball and volleyball from grades 4th-6th.
Christian Academy Athletics has a vigorous sports program. More than 70 percent of CA students from grades 4th-12th, participate on at least one team sport throughout SY 17-18.
